New office location

We are delighted with our new office location in Langham, Essex. The office is approximately 5 miles from Colchester town centre, and 2 miles from the A12 and Colchester Business Park. Our purchase of this new build, barn style office, offers greater client access, with enhanced meeting facilities, and on site parking.

Ellie Toon

Following our appointment on numerous exciting new commissions, we are pleased to advise that Ellie Toon BSc has joined Chris and Ian as a Quantity Surveyor.

CDM Co-odinator Competence

In November 2007, both Chris and Ian became members of the Association for Project Safety, and both of us are now deemed competent under the CDM Regulations 2007 to fulfil the role of the CDM Co-ordinator.

Caring Homes Group Limited - Ivy Road, Norwich

We are pleased to have been appointed as the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and CDM Co-ordinator for the construction of a 70 nr bedroom care home in Norwich. The works include 30 nr bedrooms for specialist dementia care and are due to commence on site in November 2008.
